Hello beauties!
Welcome to “A Note from Florida!” Let’s start with a little about me; my name is Ashley and I’m 20 years old from Tampa, Florida. I’m a third year student at the University of South Florida studying marketing with a huge passion for beauty, especially make-up! While I have no formal training or practice, I’m just your average everyday girl with a keen eye for style and all things pretty. Stacey and I often discussed must have products together and all other things beauty related so naturally when she mentioned she was starting up her blog and asked me to be involved in my own section i couldn't say yes fast enough!
Through my posts, I hope to give you ladies a little insight to American fashion and make-up trends, especially Floridian trends since they tend to be slightly different from the rest of the US. We are blazing hot 11 out of 12 months of the year making it difficult to participate in fall and winter fashion, and even a few make-up trends that require a lot of make-up (considering it will literally melt off of our faces as soon as we walk out the door!) I also hope to bring you some reviews on make-up that may not be readily available to some of our readers in other parts of the world, especially New Zealand! Our reviews will be here to help you decide whether or not to splurge on the expensive international shipping and high prices. Stay tuned for these reviews and much more to come!
