Tarte Cosmetics have released a beautiful palette full of blushing colours you can be MATTEnificent with!! This Cheek and Eye palette looks devine and I feel the urge of needing this in my colourful life! Tarte's products are truly amazing , the texture , the packaging , the pigmentation everything about them has me weak in the knees!
