♥ Get The Look ♥

Hi Beauties!

As well as being a Beauty Blogger i'm also a freelance makeup artist as some of you may or may not have known!

This week I worked behind the scenes on shoot with www.paganmarie.com and got to make up the beautiful Paige! Here's a sneaky preview of what to look out for and how to
"Get the Look Yourself".

Creating a flawless base all comes down to skincare and how you prep the skin before hand. Being blessed with beautiful skin also helps but this look is so achievable for anyone.

I Applied MAC Fix + spray to her skin first of all to add a refreshing dash of hydration to her skin.Following this I mixed MAC strobe cream in with MAC Moisture Infusion Serum. This serum also acts as a primer but because I wanted zero flashback I double primed and used Smashbox Photo Ready primer in Clear also.

MAC Matchmaster foundation was buffed into her skin , to conceal around the orbital bone area to deflect any darkness I used MAC select cover up in NC20. To contour I used MAC Studio Finish concealer in shade nw30. This shade is great to buff out and really bring shape to the face. I highlighted with Kevin Aucoin skin enhancer through the top of the cheekbones, this is one of my favourite products to use right now.

Adding a pop of colour I mixed MAC Peaches and Fleur power Blushers together to bring a summery feel to her look. Paige has amazing brows so I only needed the tiniest amount of MAC omega Matte Eyeshadow to touch up any gaps. I then brushed up the brows with a little of my Urban Decay (UrbanBrow)Clear setting gel.

With the eyes it was all about adding tones to make her beautiful blue eyes pop while keeping it in line for the bright pout that was soon to follow. Stila Kitten Cream shadow was used as a base.

MAC Woodwinked was blended over the lid with more focus in the contour(crease line) of her eye. MAC Amber Lights was then pressed toward the inner of the eye and slightly smoked under the eye  with washes of the colour blended towards the centre of the lid also to make her eyes glisten.

MAC Teddy Liner was used to define her Lashline , then applied were 2 coats of MAC Extended Play lash mascara and Revlon Defining lashes to finish off the eyes.
I prepped the lips with MAC Prep + Prime lip then Mixed MAC Rebel & Heroine lipsticks together to create a Vampy but eye catching colour.

Dusted off with Inglot Pressed powder in areas that had a little shine, this was the last step in completing Paige's photo shoot ready look!
