♥ NP Set First Impressions! ♥

Hi pretties I'm back!!

So a few days back as some of you may know my mum got back from Sydney and of course to my delight she had a few  yummy products for me.

As you already know how much I love Sportsgirl lippy's I wanted to bring attention to NP Set. This range has been formulated and designed by the beautiful Mr Napoleon Perdis himself to target a slightly younger customer with an attractive price point. I love that this range has been created bringing quality products to a wider market which is something the NZ/Aus customer has been longing for.

I had mentioned to my mum some products in particular that I had really wanted to try for a while now, so you can imagine my excitement the day she arrived home, especially when she handed me a bag full of delicious looking products that I just had to try straight away.

The NP Set products I received were the Essential Brow Kit $29AUD, Lipstick in Florence $22AUD and the Baked Powder (a blush/bronze duo) $25AUD  all were purchased from MYER. I wanted to try these 3 in particular as they are products I tend to use the most on a day to day basis. I am really impressed with this range for the price and I will definitely be exploring the range further.

This little gem is so super cute. The two in one idea was perfect for when I was away as I had to cut back how much makeup I took away with me. The shade on the left hand side is a really nice highlight colour on its own and the more bronze tone looks great buffed into the face and concentrated into the contour area. When mixed together you get a really sweet pop of colour to apply onto those apples making you glow from ear to ear.

Swatches from Baked Powder & Lipstick

I am so in love with this colour it isn't even funny, but then again I am obsessed with lipstick and especially if it's pink. I put this to the test over the weekend at our meetup and it even survived hours of drinking and eating. I think I only had to touch up once just to bring the vibrant colour back but the stain was still there. For the price of $22AUD I am totally hooked and will be buying more.

The formula of this is really velvety and creamy making for a sleek application. What I love most about this is it's true to colour and you don't need to swipe back and forth over the lip 100 times to get a bright pout. I also love that the packaging is simple but eye catching and has a coloured end which actually matches the colour in the tube!!!  Sometimes I find with other brands the colours differ to much which can be misleading.

As you can see I have already been using this a fair amount. The brown tones are perfect for my colour brows as I struggle to find the perfect powder that doesn't throw too much of a warm undertone when wearing throughout the day. This is a great little set perfect for those on the go!

I love that the wax isn't to heavy and really does keep your brows in place and on point. The tweezers are amazing and super handy to have at reach in time of that one stray hair. If you want sharp bulletproof brows this is the product for you. I was super impressed!

Overall I was really impressed by the colour pay off from all of these products and I am looking forward to expanding my range of NP Set products. There is a lot of exciting other products within this wide range that have caught my eye!
