10 Tips Your Body Will Love You For ♥

When it comes to our bodies we all know what we consume or apply can often be reflected in the appearance of our skin. Our bodies have a great protective barrier and like to show us in the most inconvenient ways when something doesn't quite sit right with them, this is when break outs, reactions and sickness can happen.

I wanted to put together 10 Tips that show your body a little TLC, because lets be honest half the time we just automatically do things without even thinking about the end result, so lets THINK before we act this season and with thanks to Dove I think we will have this in the bag.

Hydration - is key to a well nourished body, and with water being a source that is so readily available we all have no excuse not to consume copious amounts but why don't we?  Because the taste of that energy drink or coke is far more appealing, my solution create your own flavoured water by adding in fruits! I have also heard that a glass a day of Red wine is great for the mind, body, soul oh and the clarity of your skin so you have my approval for that cheeky vino after work.

Exercise -, this is easier said than done lets be honest, some of us have that yearly motivation, and the rest of us just need that boot in the right direction and we're away running. Do you all remember the jingle "30 minutes a day, you've got to push play" yup that's all it takes to get that heart rate pumping and it's great to blow off any negative steam.

Nutrition -, don't forget that 5 + a day, or at least attempt to get close, making smoothies is a fast effective way to indulge in all things healthy.

Now I'm going to talk about products because I feel that what we apply, also holds a huge part in the way our bodies are nourished. conditioned and overall taken care of.

In Shower lotions -, for all of you ladies on the go there is no excuse for dry flaky skin, grab one of these products, jump in that shower crank the water pressure and enjoy a slight massage all while you enjoy your daily dose of moisture easy as!

Ohh man I have found a new love with coffee based body exfoliants It's important to exfoliate so you can remove the dead skin cells and let that fresh smooth skin show. These coffee based scrubs are also great for diminishing cellulite and stretch marks.

Dove Deodarant - is my life saver when it comes to keeping fresh all day, did you know according to Unilever research when you shave your under arms your removing 36% of skin off! OUCH! This is why I go for Dove each and every time, with their patented 1/4 moisturising cream, I prefer to stay moisturised and protected all day long without any irritation what so ever.

Dress for the occasion -, now that Winter is here it's important that we wrap up warm and cosy to prevent ourselves from getting ill. Winter is a stressfull time for our bodies when it comes to sickness and something as simple as a scarf to keep that chest warm can make all the difference.

Sleep!- 8 hours minimum is what our bodies need to fully recover from those hard days of work and play, and trust me I know how hard it is to find 8 hours to actually do anything, so the best way I find is to take my work to bed with me, in a way my body gets to wind down and relax more than it would doing anything else therefore if I'm up late I still feel rested and energised the next day.

Pamper yourself - Treat yourself every now and then to something special just for you. A massage, manicure or even a new hair do will do wonders for your mind, body and soul creating instant relaxtion.

Be positive! A happy you, means a happy body, tension is too easy held upon those shoulders so let go of the small stuff and put a smile on that dial.
