Milani Rose Blushers ♥

Think of the prettiest beauty item you own and times it by 10! Introducing to you all the most beautiful drug store blushers I think I have ever owned. Milani Cosmetics is a drugstore brand gaining it's fame through stunning sleek packaging and a colour range that will melt your heart.

When it comes to the more affordable end of drug store products I have to admit I use to be a bit of a snob, I would happily try them out but not to the extent I have the last 2 years or so.

When I saw the Limited Edition Rose Blushers for sale on the official Milani Cosmetics website I was straight onto my girl Ashley in Florida to see what magic she could work for me, to fulfil my moment of beauty desperation.

In the middle of doing this the beautiful Adele from Cutie and Beautie put up an image via facebook advertising new arrivals, and can you guess what was right there shining bright like a diamond ohh yes I had hit jackpot!

Being mindful of the shades Ash had already purchased for me, I wanted to try mix it up a little and get tones that slightly differed from each other. My product choice was pretty spot on as these are all tones I naturally would reach for daily.

The packaging as you can see is major eye candy, I really like when a brand displays their products in a way that makes you weak at the knees , hence why I have a ridiculous collection of cosmetics that are simply purchased just  because they are"pretty".

As well as being pretty these blushers are gorgeous to work with! They apply beautifully, but one thing I have found is you only need the tiniest amount on your brush as the colour pay off is quite strong, so there's no need to be to heavy handed or you may just be recruited to join the circus.

In saying this I had issues with one of these blushers "Lady Rouge", it felt quite chalky to apply. I'm not sure why this was but I found it needed to be blended a lot to look how the other shades naturally sat on my skin.

Now the sad part unfortunately these are limited edition products BUT if your dedicated or addicted like me it pays to check out some of the stockists every now and then as Milani bring these back in new shades literally all the time.

So where can you find these in New Zealand when they are out and about?
Cutie and Beautie is where I purchased two of mine, but online stores like Beauty Joint and Cherry Culture also ship straight to NZ so if in doubt check them all out!

Below you will find the four shades I currently own with swatches so you can see for yourself just how pretty they really are!

L-R  Lady Rouge, Flora Passion, Bella Rosa Tea Rose

P.s If you have a You Shop or Ship it to account your in luck! There is still some of these blushers available on the Milani Cosmetics Website here is the direct product link -  http://www.milanicosmetics.com/p-166-rose-powder-blush.aspx
