Too Faced Better Than False Lashes Review

Hello Beauties!

I hope all of you ladies had a fantastic holiday season ! It’s been a while since I’ve last written because I was in the amazing New York City for New Years Eve! I will make a separate post about the AMAZING makeup trends and fashion styles I saw while out and about in the big apple.

But one thing I did find was a new go-to “night-out” mascara that I just had to review for you ladies- the Too Faced Better Than False Lashes Nylon Lash Extension System! This came in the Sephora 2013 Favorites Kit that I purchased in November for $75 (it came with a ton of items, but I’m not sure if it is available on the Sephora website anymore.)

This amazing 3-Step mascara is amazing for non-false lash wearers or those who are looking for a quick way to get a false lash look without the hassle! 

Here are my Before photo's 

Step 1 is to put a base coat on your lashes with the longer gold bottle- this mascara is amazing on its own as well for a  natural look whilst still making your lashes look amazing. It is a very thin formula that separates and gives lots of length and volume, but beware if wearing alone because it can get sticky.

When I say sticky  I mean that awful feeling when your in a rush of if you blink to much to soon after applying, your lashes may stick together! After one coat of the gold mascara, you begin using Step 2, the nylon fibers. 

These white fibers attach nicely to the adhesive mascara. I focus mainly on the base of my lashes and always make sure to get in right at the very tips of the lashes, this is  because it will add a few extra centimeters to each lash!Combing down your lashes and then up two coats is a little tip I like to use to give added length with any mascara.

You then coat your lashes in another coat of the first step mascara. Voila! You have beautiful, long thick lashes without using falsies and it only takes a couple of minutes! How's that for convenience!!
