♥ Top 10 Hair and Skin Products for Autumn Part 1 ♥

With the weather changing and the cooler winds starting to roll it's way into this side of the world I can't stress enough how important it is to look after the things some of us can be found guilty of neglecting a little too too often.  Your skin and hair need some loving too and we all know how frustrating it is when your look for the day or night wont fall into place because of that frizzy hair or that dry dull looking complexion.

Below I have included some products that I have been using and will continue to do so, for the next oncoming months. These products will work differently with everyone but I can guarantee your hair and body will love you for at least trying them.

First up it's all about taking care of your body and keeping your skin hydrated all year round so the feature product I have chosen is:

Nivea In Shower Smooth Lotion is one of the best creations I have ever laid my hands on and now even bigger and better than before adding to the  Nivea In-Shower Family with this new release launching in April RRP $9.49NZD .

With the convenience of it being right at your fingertips everyday when you shower this little cutie is perfect for those of us on the go. Being enriched with Shea butter this is especially formulated to nourish dry skin without having to wait around for the normal stickiness of a moisturiser to disappear. This will leave your body feeling silky smooth and hydrated ready to fight the winter months.

Taking a Multi Vitamin of some sort will do your inner health wonders. I personally am loving the Healtheries Hair, Skin and Nails tablets. Combined with Vitamin A and Silica I have seen a huge difference in the appearance of my hair and nails especially! You can find these at your local health store or in some supermarkets for around $16NZD for 30 tablets.

Drinking lots and lots of water will be the best tip I can ever give you. Water is the best way to hydrate your skin from the inside out. Not only is it super good for your body but you will feel a massive difference in the way you feel , awaking every morning feeling fresh and ready to take on the day ahead. $$ FREE $$

These bad boys right here are the most amazing wipes you will ever use. So good in fact nearly every female within my family use them to remove their Makeup on a daily basis. They haven't ever made me break out as they are super gentle on the skin and forget ever having to scrub at your face and tug on your poor eyes to get that stubborn mascara off again. These wipes are so moisturising they literally break down any product instantly making the removal of your makeup quick easy and simple. RRP $9.99NZD

Michael Todd True Organics Skincare is something I have been using for a year now. My skin although never a huge problem has never been better after using his products. In particular I love the Tropical Fruit Face Scrub $18USD  it is to die for! Exfoliating is important as it works deep into your skin helping to get rid of any excess oils, dead skin or build up of dirt. I exfoliate 2-3 times a week as over exfoliating can sometimes break me out.  I will be doing a full review on his skincare but you can get yours in the meantime from here http://www.michaeltoddtrueorganics.com/.

So we've take care of the body hydration now you need to keep your face protected and moisturised also. I love mixing my Sephora Flawless Moisturizing Lotion up with my Michael Todd Skincare as I love the feel of the product on. Being more on the oily side I use to struggle to find something that didn't make me feel greasy all day.I then struck the jackpot , although it has a low SPF my skin is still kept protected and hydrated all day so this will be a keeper in my daily skincare routine that's for sure!
 RRP $23USD from www.sephora.com

I Hope the first part of my Top 10 Products post has inspired you to be proactive and take a little more care of you skin before we head into the winter months. Stay tuned for my Top 5 hair products coming up next!
