♥ MAC Pedro Lourenco Review ♥

When it was revealed that Brazilian Fashion Designer Pedro Lourenco was Collaborating with MAC Cosmetics I knew this collection would be a hit in the eyes of all Style savvy Beauty lovers. Known for his Couture-like style, it led your mind into a day dream of possibilities as to how the packaging and products would look in their final release.

I was prepared to wait up all night to get my hands on this, much like the way I have for majority of MAC's collections but to my surprise it was released early and I was in there like a dog with a bone - adding all of the divine items I had my heart set on into my cart.

From the moment the box arrived at my doorstep until this very day I have been absolutely smitten with this collection. The luxury style packaging is only the icing on the cake for the beautifully produced contents that sit within. So without further ado let me introduce you all to a collection that will melt your mind, body and soul...

This Blusher Duo was one that I had to get my hands on, some reviews I had viewed online weren't all that positive, so the best way to know of course was to get one to try myself. I am happy to say I have only positive things to say, I really love the colour choice especially when the Coral and Plum tones are mixed together, it gives a depth of earthiness to your cheeks. The colour pay off is fab and provides the perfect flush of colour in just one swipe.

Swatches L to R - Corol Blusher Duo and Hush Cream colour base.

Hush Cream Colour Base is one of my absolute faves, it can be worn on bare skin, on top of your foundation and even powder. I apply mine with my Beauty Blender and it gives the most beautiful sheen to your skin. It is such a versatile product and perfect for the summer time to give you that beach babe glow.

I purchased the lipsticks in Roxo and Peach Beige, and they are quite scrummy to be honest. Roxo by far has been worn the most by me as I'm a real colour girl, but in saying that Peach Beige will get it's fair share of wear with a cute pink gloss layered over the top. Both have great colour pay off and wear really well, I recommend wearing a lip pencil or primer with Roxo as Red tones do tend to feather.

L-R Peach Beige, Roxo and Mirror

Mirror is one of a kind, when worn alone it almost appears 3D on your lips. I love the texture it brings to your pout when worn over the top of other shades.Although in saying that I don't know if I will wear it that often as it does have a strong silver tinge,so it will change the tone of anything that is worn underneath it.

Ahhh the love of my life, the most perfect quad I think I have ever laid eyes on. The "Nude" Quad is definitely a product I wish I brought more than 2 of. This is super pretty for creating any look with ease, it will literally take you from day to night by switching up between the shades! I know for sure this is going to be a hit with my bridal clients.

This stunning collection can be found in store and on counter now worldwide. Trust me this is yet another MAC Cosmetics Collection you are not going to want to miss. Let me know below if you have picked up any of these items for yourself already, I would love to know what you think :)

And here I am with Pedro Lourenco all over my face ;)
